DUNCAN WAS TERMINATED FROM TREATMENT, SERVED A LENGTHY PRISON SENTENCE, WAS PAROLED, AND THEN ABSCONDED. DUNCAN HAD A LONG HISTORY OF SEXUAL AGGRESSION AS A YOUTH.
