Description:
WHEN INDVIK WAS 26 YEARS OLD, HE WENT INTO A BEDROOM WITH A 23-YEAR-OLD FEMALE WHERE HE REMOVED HER PANTS AND ATTEMPTED TO VAGINALLY PENETRATE HER. DURING THE ASSAULT, INDVIK STRANGLED THE VICTIM, BIT HER MULTIPLE TIMES, AND PUT A PILLOW OVER HER FACE. AT ONE POINT, THE VICTIM ASKED FOR A GLASS OF WATER AND INDVIK POURED LIQUID ALL OVER HER HEAD AND FACE, WHICH THE VICTIM STATES TASTED LIKE SOME KIND OF CHEMICAL, NOT WATER. THE VICTIM WAS ABLE TO ESCAPE AND CALL LAW ENFORCEMENT.
