- AN ADULT FEMALE HEARD SOMEONE KNOCKING ON HER APARTMENT DOOR. WHEN SHE OPENED THE DOOR A CRACK TO SEE WHO IT WAS, ROWLEY FORCED THE DOOR OPEN AND PUNCHED HER IN THE FACE. ROWLEY FORCED THE VICTIM TO THE FLOOR, LIFTED UP HER SHIRT AND TORE OFF HER BRA. WHEN ROWLEY BIT HER BREAST, THE VICTIM FOUGHT, SCREAMED AND TRIED TO CLAW HIS EYES OUT. ROWLEY GAVE UP AND LEFT HER APARTMENT. ROWLEY'S DNA WAS OBTAINED FROM THE VICTIM'S BITE MARK.
