- WHEN DECOTEAU WAS 34 YEARS OLD, HE ENTERED THE VICTIM'S RESIDENCE WITH HER KEY. HE COVERED HER MOUTH, CHOKED HER AND HIT HER WITH A CLOSED FIST. HE EVENTUALLY FORCED HER LEGS APART AND PERFORMED ORAL SEX ON HER. HE FORCED HER TO PERFORM ORAL SEX ON HIM. HE THEN VAGINALLY RAPED HER.
