- LONG FEATHER ARRIVED AT A RESIDENCE WHERE TWO 13-YEAR-OLD FEMALES HAD BEEN DRINKING AND HAD BLACKED OUT. THE NEXT MORNING, THE VICTIMS WOKE UP TO BEING SORE AND BLEEDING IN THEIR VAGINAL AREAS. MESSAGES WERE SENT BETWEEN LONG FEATHER AND ONE OF THE VICTIMS MENTIONING THE SEXUAL ACT, DETAILING SEXUAL POSITIONS AND REQUESTED TO MEET THE GIRL AGAIN.

LONG FEATHER TOOK SCREEN SHOTS OF THE VICTIM AND SENT THEM TO HIS FRIENDS.
