- WHITING MET A 13-YEAR-OLD FEMALE IN AN INTERNET CHAT ROOM AND BEGAN A SEXUALLY EXPLICIT CONVERSATION WITH HER. WHITING SET UP A MEETING WITH THE VICTIM TO HAVE SEXUAL RELATIONS BUT WHEN HE ARRIVED THERE HE WAS ARRESTED BY THE UNDERCOVER POLICE OFFICER WHO WAS POSING AS THE 13-YEAR-OLD FEMALE.
