THE 26-YEAR-OLD FEMALE VICTIM WAS AT WISHAM'S HOUSE FOR A PARTY AND THE TWO OF THEM WENT UPSTAIRS TO WISHAM'S BEDROOM. WHEN THE VICTIM ATTEMPTED TO LEAVE, WISHAM TURNED OFF THE LIGHTS AND THREW HER ONTO HIS BED. THE VICTIM TOLD WISHAM SEVERAL TIMES TO STOP BUT HE CONTINUED TO KISS AND FONDLE HER. THE VICTIM TOLD WISHAM HE WAS HURTING HER AND WISHAM PUT HIS FOREARM ACROSS HER THROAT AND HELD HER WRISTS WITH ONE HAND, PULLED HER DRESS UP AND FORCED HIS PENIS INTO HER VAGINA.
