- Description:
- MEADOWS MET THE 14-YEAR-OLD FEMALE VICTIM AS SHE WAS WALKING HOME FROM SCHOOL. MEADOWS ASKED THE VICTIM IF SHE WANTED TO HANG AND MAKE SOME MONEY, BUT DID NOT TELL HER THE PLAN WAS TO LEAVE LAS VEGAS. THE VICTIM REPORTED MEADOWS BROUGHT HER AND TWO OTHER GIRLS TO WILLISTON, ND AND MEADOWS TOOK PICTURES OF HER AND CREATED AN ADVERTISEMENT. THE VICTIM WAS SUBJECTED TO VARIOUS SEXUAL ACTS WITH NUMEROUS MEN FOR WHICH SHE WAS GIVEN MONEY, WHICH WAS THEN TURNED OVER TO MEADOWS, WHO TOLD HER IF SHE DID NOT WORK SHE DID NOT EAT.
