- WHILE AT THE REST AREA, ROSE GRABBED THE VICTIM BY THE NECK AND CHOKED HER AND DRAGGED HER INTO THE HANDICAP STALL AND FORCIBLY HAD SEXUAL INTERCOURSE WITH HER. THE VICTIM WAS THE REST AREA CARETAKER. ROSE TOLD HER TO WAIT FIVE MINUTES BEFORE LEAVING OR HE WOULD HARM HER FURTHER.
