WHEN WHITE WAS 31 YEARS OLD, HE ATTEMPTED TO SEXUALLY ASSAULT A 30-YEAR-OLD FEMALE VICTIM. HE PUT HIS ARM AROUND HER AND TRIED TO RUB HER BREASTS AND KISS HER. WHEN THE VICTIM PUSHED HIM BACK, HE GRABBED A KNIFE AND THREATENED TO “SLIT HER THROAT” IF SHE DID NOT GIVE HIM ORAL SEX. THE VICTIM WAS ABLE TO GET AWAY AND CALL LAW ENFORCEMENT.
