- WHEN VEASLEY-SEWELL WAS 22 YEARS OLD HE VISITED THE RESIDENCE OF AN 18-YEAR-OLD FEMALE WHO HAD DOCUMENTED MENTAL HEALTH IMPAIRMENTS. WHEN THE FEMALE OPENED THE DOOR, VEASLEY-SEWELL CAME IN AND IMMEDIATELY BEGAN KISSING HER, TOUCHING HER BREASTS, BUTTOCKS, AND VAGINAL AREA. VEASLEY-SEWELL THEN MADE THE FEMALE TOUCH HIS GENITAL AREA OVER HIS CLOTHING.
