ROSS BECAME UPSET AND FORCED SEXUAL CONTACT WITH THE VICTIM. THE VICTIM HAD BRUISES ON HER BREASTS, BACK AND BUTTOCK. ROSS THREATENED TO USE PHOTOS HE HAD OF THE VICTIM IF SHE DID NOT CONTINUE TO HAVE CONTACT WITH HIM.
