THE FEMALE VICTIM WAS DRUNK AND DECIDED TO LAY DOWN IN THE BACKSEAT, WHEN FOREID FOLLOWED HER, TOOK OFF HER PANTS AND UNDERWEAR, LAID ON TOP OF HER, AND PROCEEDED TO HAVE SEXUAL INTERCOURSE WITH HER. THE VICTIM TOLD HIM NO BUT WAS PHYSICALLY UNABLE TO STOP HIM DUE TO HER LEVEL OF INTOXICATION.
